Indonesian National Building Indonesian National Building located at Bubutan Street (Central Surabaya) , this building was used as National Movement Center since it was build on he Nederland Colonialism. There is Dr. Soetomo graveyard as the pioneer of Budi Utomo with Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo. Because of his heroism, he was honoured as a National Hero of Indonesia.
